Olivette is our dream come true! We were looking for a green, community where we could have a sense of belonging and community. We found Olivette and it fulfilled all of our expectations. It is such a beautiful spot. Our property has a gorgeous long range view of the mountains at sunset. We are across the street from Olivette Farm where we can pick up organic vegetables at the Coop. The French Broad river is nearby with numerous walking trails. It is idyllic to sit by the river at dusk, magical. The developers, realtors and builders are a top notch team, with warmth and integrity. We have already met many of our future neighbors even though our house isn’t finished yet. Only 15-20 minutes from downtown Asheville. 5 stars!
