Olivette….an amazing community! After doing much research to find the right location for the next chapter of our adventure we choose Olivette. It had everything we were looking for and more. We wanted a real sense of community, a neighborhood where you get to know and interact with neighbors. The organic farm agrihood is real and thriving, not marketing. The trails and riverfront and amazing views make you feel like you are on vacation, but you have easy access to Asheville shops and restaurants without battling traffic. The thoughtful lay out, dark sky and geothermal make it possible to enjoy the natural beauty with all your senses. The care given to amenities has evolved into a beautiful community we are delighted to call HOME!
