Our amenities are just one part of the picture- our residents truly make Olivette special.  Olivette feels like home because we’re building a community where our connections to food and nature, to our neighbors, and the arts are essential elements of our ethos.  From our community orchards and gardens to our parks and trail systems, we strive to create amenities that foster true connections between our residents, each other, as well as the environment.

The process of planning Olivette has been and continues to be thorough and thoughtful, with many extraordinary people contributing to the vision. Our inspiration comes from the tireless work of Asheville visionaries, historians, educators, artists, farmers, architects, planners, and community builders.
