River Crest
We’re dedicated to building the kind of community anyone would be proud to call home. From dog walks to book club, farm to table dinners to movie nights, there’s always something happening at Olivette. The River Crest hamlet was designed and built to foster connections among residents and with the land. The .5 to 2 acres homesites in the River Crest hamlet offer long-distance river and mountain views, and the opportunity to put down roots in a fun and vibrant community. Many existing River Crest residents have a passion for energy efficiency. While the Olivette community requires geothermal heating and cooling and a HERS (Home Energy Rating System) score of 55 or better, some residents have gone beyond these energy efficiency requirements to build net-zero homes by adopting additional green building practices such as passive and active solar design.
