My wife and I discovered Olivette Development in early October, 2018 …. and fast forward a few months … and we are now owners of a lot in the River Crest hamlet. There is a bunch more to our becoming property owners . . .
We discovered Olivette Development on-line and called for information, reaching Allison Smith late on a Sunday. She immediately provided an overview, and most importantly, set an early morning appointment for the next day. We were most appreciative of this accomodation, as we were leaving Asheville that same day.
Upon meeting Allison, she shared her background, provided insight of the Community concept, and the development’s features. We toured the complex – home sites, riverside park, farm, etc. – and immediately fell in love with the concept and the community.
Over the next few weeks, Allison provided Olivette property documentation and answered all our questions with regard to the community, homeowner association requirements, and our specific lot purchase transaction. I will always value her “immediate response” to our inquiries.
We are most appreciative of Olivette Development’s flexibility ( … it was really Allison) in allowing for a thorough due diligence review. This facilitated a complete understanding of property owner responsibilities, the specific lot, and the details of our transaction.
We are excited to live in the Olivette Development with all the community features. We owe a huge “Thank You” to Allison for facilitating this happening. She provides clear, concise communications, is very responsive, and has an appreciation for the buyer’s perspective. Her wonderful support is the reason we are Olivette property owners.
